Terms of Service

These temporary terms govern your use of SkipTheShoot, a service that creates non-explicit commercial image previews and downloadable image packages from a reference image you upload.

By submitting a shoot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

You must own or have permission to use any image you upload. If the image includes a person, every person shown must be 18 years of age or older and you must have permission to use their likeness for the requested shoot.

You keep ownership of your uploaded image. You grant SkipTheShoot the limited rights needed to process the upload, create previews, provide downloads, support your order, and improve the reliability of the service.

You may not upload illegal, explicit, deceptive, infringing, hateful, abusive, or non-consensual content. You may not use the service to impersonate another person or violate someone else's rights.

We may refuse, remove, or cancel any shoot that appears to violate these terms or creates operational, legal, or safety risk.

Each shoot generates 25 watermarked previews for review before you choose a download pack. The current listed pack prices are $4.99 for HD and $9.99 for 4K.

While SkipTheShoot is in beta, we may unlock downloads without collecting payment. If the shoot room says beta access is open, go ahead and download the pack that works for you.

Completed digital downloads are generally not refundable after access is delivered unless we state otherwise during checkout or in the shoot room.

SkipTheShoot does not require customer accounts. You are responsible for keeping your private shoot link and download link accessible.

Uploaded images, generated previews, and downloadable ZIP files are saved for 7 days from upload and then deleted from active storage. Download your files as soon as they are ready.

SkipTheShoot is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service while improving the product.

We do not guarantee that generated images will be error-free, suitable for every use, or accepted by every marketplace, platform, or advertising channel.
